l can't wait to book my next session! This is a long overdue review. So to make up for that, I am excited to write my 600th Yelp Review on my incredible 5-star experience at Thai Sport Bodyworks in Rancho Bernardo (North County San Diego.) Anyone who knows me knows that I am very particular about my massages and recovery efforts. I live a very active lifestyle that included about a decade of Muay Thai training and 20 ProAm fights. The massage was exactly what I needed and what I was looking for all these years. Each and every experience leaves me saying, "What an amazing session!" I'm feeling so much better after a 2 hour deep compression and stretching session. The therapists are professional and well trained. They respond well to feedback so you don't break :) If they wish, they can make you scream; their skill is high!

I had been struggling with severe sciatica, shoulder blade, shoulder and neck pain all alongside my left side for many months. Because of the reviews, I booked a neuromuscular session here to hopefully get some pain relief. Jenine was my therapist and wow! She did an amazing job! the pain on the side of my neck that I had been told by my doc was arthritis is gone! I don't feel the lump I had. I had cupping as well for the first time. My whole body feels loose and relieved. I have tried many different places in the past. No need to try any other place. The front desk staff person was also very friendly and helpful.
