ABOUT THIS LOCATION
Our newest location is located in downtown San Diego, just blocks from Little Italy! We do not accept walk-ins at this time.
This is a state-of-the-art facility with 6 private therapy rooms and two physical therapy labs. Our latest Prehab Pilates is located here.
The building is called One Columbia Place.

Enter the building at the corner of West A street and Columbia and you will immediately find us in the lobby on your left.

STREET PARKING
Usually you can find a meter nearby if you drive around for a few minutes! The fee is $1.50 per hour (2 hour max). They are free after 6PM and all day on Sunday and Holidays.
VALIDATED UNDERGROUND PARKING
We also validate and will pay for 50% of the time of your session. For example, a 90 minute session will get you a 45 minute voucher from us. This will cost you around $8 per hour.
