IF YOU HAVE PPO INSURANCE

If you have PPO insurance, you may be eligible for reimbursement unless your policy specifically excludes our out-of-network services (known as CPT or procedure codes). We recommend contacting your insurance carrier in advance to confirm that these CPT codes are reimbursable and to check if a prescription is required. If a prescription is needed, you’ll need to reach out to your primary care doctor.

OUR CPT CODES

You can get reimbursed for any of these services if you are approved by your insurance carrier.

CPT 97124 – For Thai Sport Massage.  Massage Therapy Techniques to increase circulation and promote tissue relaxation to the muscles, relieve minor pain..

CPT 97140 – For Neuromuscular Therapy, Prehab Therapy.  Advanced manual therapy techniques for acute and chronic pain by using soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.

CPT 97112 – For Deepwave Therapy.  Neuromuscular re-education of movement, balance, coordination, kinesthetic sense, posture, and proprioception.

How To Get Started

These are the recommended steps to take in order to make your life easy in getting reimbursed.

1. Contact your carrier rep and inquire if your policy allows out of network reimbursement for the following CPT procedure codes: 97124, 97140, or 97112 (above). Ask if you must have a prescription.

2. If you need a prescription, contact your primary physician and request a prescription for the particular service you need from us and why. It can often be done by a telehealth phone call.

3. Upload us a copy of your prescription and or ICD-10 code into the Superbill Request Form (see below)

4. At the end of each month, we will email a special insurance-coded document called a Superbill. Just mail the bill for repayment!
