Insurance Options
We are a registered “out-of-network” provider, which means that we charge you directly for our services, but you can apply for reimbursement under PPO/Workman’s Comp/Accident Insurance or use your HSA/FSA account to pay for our services. You can locate our certifications at the NPPES NPI Registry under the name: Thai Sport Group. Our NPI number is 1558107219. Please read carefully your options.
HSA/FSA
With HSA or FSA, you can pay for any of our services or products and save up to 40% by using funds that you already reserved tax-free. FSA does require us to send you a medical coded invoice. Please make sure you request this invoice emaied to you.
PPO Reimbursement
If you have Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) coverage, you could get reimbursement. We are “out of network” so you must get approval from your provider. This may requires a prescription from your primary physician. HMO and Medicare are not covered.
WORKMANS COMP/Accident
If you’ve been injured at work and are covered by your company’s Workman’s Compensation Insurance, we can assist you to get full reimbursement. Other accidents, particularly Auto Accident, may provide reimbursement as well. You will need pre-approval to ensure a smooth process
VA Insurance
We have seen veterans apply for reimbursement for our services with VA Insurance. Please contact your local provider for details.
